4. Job insecurity
Concerns about losing your job, #layoffs or career stagnation can contribute to work stress.
5. Organizational Change
Changes in company policies, leadership, #restructuring , or work processes can cause uncertainty and stress among employees.
6. Poor working conditions
Physical working conditions such as excessive noise, poor lighting, or uncomfortable seating can also contribute to work stress.
7. Work-life balance
If work demands #interfere with personal life, such as #familytime and hobbies; it can add up to the stress level.
Whether you’re an employee or employer, it is very important to understand these root causes can help you to take action to reduce work stress and improve overall well-being.
